3.3v is the cutoff underload.
If you store at that voltage you will damage your battery, must be 3.7V per cell.

The voltage will increase as the temp goes up this can damage your lipo b/c the cells could go over 4.2v.
It is best to store you batteries in the fridge in a sealed bag at around 3-5 degrees.

The weight difference in the motor is only 4 grams between the 2w-20 an 2w-23.

I am using 20/20 with a 14x10 prop. 14x10 is the smallest prop that can be used according to the manual.
I have the exact same fuel/prop on my YS110 which is working perfectly, my YS 110...

The timing looks good I matched up the dot at the top of the camshaft gear with the TDC and the arrow on the shaft.
I noticed that the valve gap had increased due to the nuts being slightly lose...

yeah, the tank is slightly higher than the HS needle ...
The motor is not completly inverted its positioned on like a 45 with the exaust point down.

I have a perry pump that I was going to use...

Tried it with the Choke thing on and it didnt make a difference it still didnt run without the glow igniter connected.
I leaned it a bit more and it still threw the prop as I accelerated slowly...

Have installed the choke system hopefully it will fix my prob.
The motor is inverted, I checked the tank hight it looks ok slighly lower of the center line.
I am heading out to see how she runs...

I guess you could be right about the choke, I didnt install it as it said in the manual its only used for starting the motor, priming it when its closed. I simply put my finger over the exuast to...

I have never had any trouble like this with any of my other 4 stroke engines, Saito, YS and OS when they were new.
After 10 tanks I think you should be able to get it to idle without the glow plug...

it is made by Pacer and has some numbers on it L48A PT-31

It does say to use on any 2 or 4 cycle glow or ignition engine...

CrankCase Pressure on a YS 110

I am looking to run a VP-40 Perry pump to run a smoke system, they say it requires a crankcase nipple to be installed in the rear of the engine backplate. Can this be done to a YS or will it mess up...

Mine didnt come with a red tube? oh well
In that case will the crankcase of a saito 82a be enough? if I install a T and add one side to the pump and the other to the atmoshere?
