Either blow into the exaust line until you see fuel go into the carb. or you can put your finger over the exaust and then turn the roto start on then look for fuel to get to the carb

30%-40% is mostly race blend and it will definatly reduce the life of your engine. unless your racing, and your into it big time there is no need to go up in nitro. stick with 20% engine will run...
