U should either try the APC 17x6 or any wooden prop with same dimensions...
(The APC 17x4W could be too small)

The O.S. 120 AX is could be a very good 2 stroke choice for your plane.
It will work fine with 5-10% nitro and with 16x6-8; 17x6 etc. props.

Your Edge 540 was built for 60-90 size engines. The 91FX has 560g without muffler, the 120 AX about 647gramms.

I'm just building my Funtana S90 with OS 91 FX with a tuned pipe. It turned an APC 14x8 with 10.000 RPM (530mm reso operating length and 5% nitro).
Next week probably i get the 91 SX Acro....
