Will someone explain to me why the heat from the pipe effects engine performance? The LHS Owner runs one on his racing Savage and he swears by it. Best thing he's ever strapped onto his engine.

Naw..I'm good with the carbon fiber pipe. It's taken a beating already and it hardly has scratches on it.

I'd like to get the graphite chassis but it isn't long enough to do a mid tank mod, or is it? If I can get the tank up front in the extended chassis it will make the truck turn better like it would...

I'm not complaining about the entire s-25 line. but mine does suck. I've already replaced a one way bearing on my hot bodies buggy...no biggie there...but both these problems coming up at the same...

At least mine does. Right out of the box this engine was great fired up first try. Broke in very nicely pulled nice wheelies. Then my carb went to crap. It comes out of the engine even with the screw...

True. I guess since no one can remove the weight of the rotostart plate or the pullstart its not a big disadvantage if i have one too....

Upgrading my savage...Finally!

Alright guys I got my savage fired up today after a 2 month layoff. I already have the 3 speed tranny installed and a vantage pipe. I also run one front shock with two rears on each wheel of course....

Starting Check List

I haven't run my savage 25 in about 2 months. I tried starting it today and it won't fire. What is a checklist I should go thru to get it back up and bashing?

I checked the plug and its good and ive removed he excess fuelbut it still isnt turning over.

I have the lightning 2 and i love it. It's my first buggy. It is a great basher. I haven't raced it yet. It's very durable. I think it is a good value.

When upgrading to digital servos is it necessary to upgrade your battery packs. I remember reading somewhere that you had to use a NiMh or NiCD batteries instead of regular alkalines.
