There are a lot good articles on cg on biplanes. I used a formula that I found years ago, and it came out at 4 7/8 from the leading edge of the top wing. Thats with the correct incidence on the wings...

Wouldn't put them on anything larger than a 90 size plane either, weight matters also as to servo selection. It wouldn't hurt to contact Horizon they may have more info on the 821 servos. Like I said...
