It will fit, but you will need to mark the post holes and run it a little high to clear the roll hoop. The length is pretty much the same as the normal Savage body.

The shaft is the same, so you can bolt on the old slipper clutch parts to use the old spurs.

Not being coy, the lead designer was out of the country so I couldn't ask him directly. The official word is that there will be an optional stinger exhaust.

The spur gear is holding up great in our testing.

Regarding racing, if the Baja 5B is popular I'm guessing a class will be created for it.
