Simple Jato radio question

I picked up a used jato. To accelerate, I need to move the trigger forward on the radio, reverse, I move it back. How do I switch the setting on a factory jato radio.

thanks for the help. It was an easy fix. the high speed was too lean. I turned it out to 3.5 and it started right up.
