Their could be two possible problems here. One could be your battery, and another could be your ESC. I think you should run some tests on the ground and monitor ESC temperature, battery temperature...

Your servos are way overkill. Im not too familiar with micro setups but the motor seems to have too high of KV and the servos should be around teh 3.6-5 gram mark.

Good luck mate. A couple of tips for the larger model. 2 1.5mm rods (one top, other bottom directly opposite eachother) on the wing will make it stiffer than even two 3mm tubes embedded in the wing....
