Ditto everything DR1 Driver says.My flair DR1 was basically stock,with a Zenoah23.Just remember it's not a trainer,but doesn't have any real vices either,apart from maybe the built-in headwind!Wish...

Mine has 25Irvines with 9x6s. Flies great,reasonable aerobatics,9-10min flights,adequate single engine performance.
If you want a faster twin,try a P38 or a Mosquito.

Can't believe how long this thread has become.Mine flies just fine on Irvine 25's with 9x6 props.Only change I made was to ditch the crummy plastic spinners and fit Aluminium ones.It's so much fun to...

A Whirlwind,now there's a scary thought! The full-size was a handfull with high wing-loading and consequently high landing speeds.Add that to the problems of twin engine models and it really starts...
