Relisting problem

this is for rcu listing items for sale
HI guys ,anyone tell me what could be wrong. When I relist (renew) my items (any). I loose all the discription of the item it the post.

I CAN DO THE ADDS but I cant post pics , and when I go to edite , I loose all the info on the item listing on description,god im sick of this and I paid for mine ,I hope I get credite on the days...

I seem to be haveing the same problem as the other guy trying to relist and think i maybe being charged twice cause when i tryed relisting it was $2 instead of $1 and it never listed. Needless...
