Thanks for the reply! Most Helpful! Forgot to mention though, this is a foam core wing panel. Getting the tube out will be difficult.

Before you fiberglass it, spray a light coat of adhesive spray. The cloth will adhear to it, and make it much easier to coat with epoxy! Will keep it from slipping, and will help around the corners.
