Thanks for the help. It is the 66" Gullwing Pacific Ace, designed by Gordon Coddington. It is listed in the SAM archive # 002391.

I have the Dively Skybolt kit. It is the same exact plans has the Wendel Hostetler Skybolt. I have not started this kit ,but from what I have read it will be a very nice flying aerobatic biplane.
