Try shorten the length of the L-links (look in the manual I think this is the name they are using - it's the longest ball links in the rotorhead - there are 2 of them) Just rotate them...

Regarding the new metal rotor head.

I have installed it on my bird. It looks sweet and everything is spinning fine. Slob is much less than the plastic head.
The travel length is a bit shorter...

Just had a crash in my lunch break. Flying was great untill by rudder binded. It's very important to lube the tail shaft.
No big damage. The new metal rotor head is not on yet.
Broke one blade...

The Align boom sould work. I haven't tried it myself yet, but I know a few who are using it. You only have to cut off a few mm of the standard Align XL boom. I'm planning to use it...
