I thiught it would be enough as well. I will try gearing down and see what happens. I have a heat sink on my motor and ir is still getting really hot. I am only running 80 amps so my runtimes should...

Hmmm... well maybe if I gear down to about a 13 my temps will def. drop. Do you think I'm getting much less runtime because of my temps? When I don't drive hard I get almost 20 min. But I need 20 min...

I have a brushless rc8t and have only done 2 races with it. I am running a feigao 8xl motor maxamps 4s 5000 and MMM esc with Associateds conversion kit. Last weekend when I raced i only got 14...

my question is do the big bore caps fit on the stock shocks and will that fix the problem? i drove it again today and popped of course! That's 3 of 4 times now!!! GARBAGE!!!

LOL heck no... I'm not a noob. Its associated's shock oil. 50WT... the number is the thickness... WT is short for weight.

Not exactly new to RC but this is my first truggy kit. I already added the diff fluid. And the shox don't come pre-filled. I filled them using AE50wt, might run 30wt though, not shure. The truck is...

Diffs on RC8T

My question is do you have to take the front, center, and rear diff apart to add grease or are they good. The manuel says just add 7000 fluid and your good to go and people that have wriiten reviews...

Thanks for the reply. I notice that website only has one for the RC8, does not say for the 8T, also a little pricey.

Well I purchased a MMM v2 about 3 weeks ago. It has done good so far.(I just knocked on my wooden computer desk)LOL. The temps are satying low and the fan has only kicked on 3 or 4 times out of 7-8...

Definately an RC car track. Go down the right side street and you can see the smaller jumps, pvc piping, and a car on the turn furthest to the right.

They are just way more safe. Consider yourself lucky, and I would highly recommend getting a new battery. Lipo fires are no joke.

Yah that is nice to know how the cells are doing. If you could get a case for it, then that would be a good option. Or you can have like a stereo place make one of fiberglass... or even do DIY.

What do you plan on running the battery in shrimpah? I would keep looking to find one. It's worth spending a little xtra money for a hard case lipo instead of soft packs, also they are dangerous....

Well Chris, 2s won't cut it in my revo. Also, mycarisaser, why would they market their batteries as 20c but really be 15c? Isn't that called false advertisement...? I am going to stick with my order...

That battery is a soft pack. If you are running it in a car, I would get a hard case lipo.

What are you talking about? It says right on the add that this is a great pack for the tekno revo conversion... which is what I have.

Well I have decided to play it safe, and ordered a Maxamps 4s 5000mah 20c battery. Thans for all the help druss,happywing,and bigshrimpah.
