You should go to rbmods Rick has the best support and service I have seen. Other guys do a great job at modding but I have found rick to be the easiest to deal with.

well 20% is good all around if you want the extra power of 30% you need a head shim and a cooler plug usually I use 20% to break-in and bump up to 30% and stay there. I prefer odonnel 30 and byrons 20

sorry to say to get it to wheely you will have to look at your gearing at the clutch/spur go with a smaller clutch and bigger spur gear but be careful running with a cranked slipper those gears arent...
