yep, used the 2200 mAh, 10C and the 9T motor just now .. it's a big battery and the additional weight definitely makes the cp a lot more stable .. flies great .. and you're right HeliTB, the fact...

thanks guys, great info .. well, I'm back to flying the quirly little bugger with its standard setup .. I'll give the skids another try tomorrow .. then see how the 9T functinos with my 3cell lipo .....

thank Don, that's a good idea! though those arrows are probably more expensive than the 6 bucks for the boom itself .. anyways, I might even try brass .. or is that way too heavy? [:-]

Son, guitarman is right .. I had the same problem but just never really pursued it on this forum as it flies well .. the tail rotor is literally meant to sit at 0ΒΊ at which point the main rotor does...

TMFNYC: that is one nice bird .. wow .. I bid on one at Ebay, eventhough I'll have to crash my 60 a few more times before flying a TRex, I want one! I love the carbon canopy and the aluminum parts .....

JD, my main blades hit the tail boom (as mentioned earlier [:@]) and I don't really know how to take it off .. can you walk me through the steps?

Hey TMFNYC .. if you figure out how to bind multiple RXs, let me know, I might have the same problem at some point .. JD shoudl actually have an answer to that .. as he has multiple helis on his DX6...

helitroy, precisely my thoughts .. it's like buying a computer .. if you want to wait, you'll wait for the rest of your life .. the DX6 is on sale in most places right now, I got mine for 260...

I use a S75 as my rudder servo and haven't had problems with it so far .. it sure beats the walkera stock servos in terms of 'feel' for whatever that's worth .. :)
