Thank you rotarydoc.

At the price listed for the upgrade, I think it will be worth it. Once it comes back in stock, I'll order it. Until then i'll work on getting the old housing off the...

RE: Eflite Blade CP crash, need assistance for repair.

Well, it kind of looks like this would be the part I would need:
Tail Rotor Gearbox Housing for $3.39 and I suppose the Tail Boom for an additional $3.50 So under $10.00 to repair it isn't so bad,...

RE: Slowstiick assembly questions.

I just checked that link for the SG90 and they say:

This would lead me to believe that my existing Hitec 55 would actually fit like you have done, but I fail to see how, the mounting arms on...

RE: Slowstiick assembly questions.

Hi Sir Raleigh,

Did you drill new holes to make those fit, and or screw the screws down into the plastic where there wasn't holes already on the stock servo tray? Not that I'm opposed to that,...

RE: Slowstiick assembly questions.

Okay, back to the building questions.

I need to know what servos people are using on their stock slow sticks. All the servos I've got laying around here (Hitec 55, and Eflite servos) are all...

RE: Slowstiick assembly questions.

Thanks for the information. That would be why my first slowstick took so long to put together. I applied the GWS glue rather liberally to places like that fiberglass bar that sits on the rear of...

RE: GWS Slow Stick Survey

Awesome. Do you get it up high enough to make good use of the camera?

How much does it weigh (total) and what power plant and battery are you using to move it?

RE: GWS Slow Stick Survey

Cool, now that I think about it (it's been many years now) I do remember the whole kit and kaboodle being pretty inexpensive. So I called my local hobby store (we've only got one now) and he didn't...

RE: GWS Slow Stick Survey

To rebuild, or buy a new kit?

I don't know what happened to my slow stick (probably the same thing that happened to my really nice plane, falling off the rafters where it was being held up in...

RE: Transmitter battery replacement

Well, it's worked perfectly and improved my soldering skills a little bit more. The transmitter doesnt have to be recharged as often as it did prior. Actually, quite a lot less often now.

Im...

RE: Prop Balancer

Do you guys sand your props in the area where you are either spraying on clear coat or applying fingernail polish? Because I would think in the long run that it would eventually come off because it...

RE: Prop Balancer

It really makes me wonder if the people that have told me that there is no need to balance my props are people that are getting some really good quality props that never need balancing, or people...

RE: Transmitter battery replacement

I fly by a basic philosophy,
If I dont want to lose or damage a plane then I dont fly it. I also dont fly in areas where there is *ANY* possibility of damaging someone or someones property. ...

RE: Transmitters and Receivers Question

RE: FS one by Horizon Hobbies

I saw this in a magazine I picked up recently. But since I've already bought G3 last month at $199.00 I'll have to pass on this one. I too think that the $200 price point is way to high.

If...
