Mine is using hard mount coming from the kit without any problems, the vibration from YS61 is not strong and also the plane is constructed strong enough to stand with this normal vibration.

Take a look on Evo Racer by Hokusei Model Japan. I think the style of Japan indoor pattern is somewhat different from EU, Japanese tends to fly in very slow speed.

actually i think the stick tension should be kept soft as hard stick certainly affects your input in terms of speed which may induce the delay of your actual intention. for pattern flying I believe...
