I was told to try a smaller prop on the 55 like a 10x8. When I get bored with the 55 I will put a magnum 91 2 stroke in for cheap speed.

I also had my first flights on mine with an os 55ax + bisson pitts muffler. I got the same rpm with a 12X6 APC and an 11x8 APC. I would have thought that the rpm for the two of those would have...

thanks for the reply. I guess I will do a setup similar to the one on the jett website. Just run the muffler through the fuse.

can someone here tell me if the os 55ax and the turbo jett incowl muffler will fit completely inside the cowl? Will the bisson pitts muffler fit the 55 without cutting the cowl? thanks!

drivetrain

The drivetrain on my mbx4xr holds up great with a RB C5 engine. The engine is said to have 2.9 hp and I beleive it! The drive on mugen buggies are very sturdy, no need to upgrade.
