RE: Will the FMA BalancePro be upgraded soon?

Huh. Could have sworn I found an announcement post from 5 of 03 but now I see it's from 11 of 05. My mistake.

The reason I would like a screen is to know how much charge had to be put into the...

Will the FMA BalancePro be upgraded soon?

This charger seems to have been out for 3 1/2 years or so. The CellPro has displays while the BalancePro does not. And the BalancePro uses RS232 serial for PC communication.

I could see a new...

RE: Similar to Thunder Power batteries?

Okay, but you didn't answer my question. I'm specifically asking about these two packs - your "10C" and TP's "22C (extreme)". I know that TP has (presently) two difference classes of batteries and...

RE: A123Racing Battery Questions

Thank you for responding.

I think the DeWalt DC9360 is a 10-cell pack of your batteries. Assuming I am correct, and since they sell for about $150 or so street price, it seems to me the cells...

Similar to Thunder Power batteries?

Are the Thunder Power TP3850-3SXL ( 3850mAh, 3S, "22C (84A) continuous, 30C (115A) sustain, 50C (192A) burst" ) really more powerful than the CSRC 11.1 volt 3850mAh 10C Li-Poly Pack, or is this a...

RE: A123Racing Battery Questions

Hello. I've been following your company's development for quite a while now.

Current limitations appear to be:

- Lower energy density than Lithium Polymer batteries (~100 Wh/kg versus ~140...

RE: Anything wrong with Aveox?

Wierd. Sound's like a calibration problem with the radio or something. Mine works perfectly, well, every time I've tried it so far.

RE: Anything wrong with Aveox?

Why would they be any more sensitive to heat than any of the others? They all use similar NdFeB magnets which all have similar temperture limitations and, I'm sure they use Class-H polyimide...

RE: Great Planes LiPos with FMA Cellpro?

Thanks, Greg. Is the connector actually a different device or is there just a difference in the pinout?

I have been into electrics for a long time (since 1986 when it was tough to be into...

Anything wrong with Aveox?

I see very little discussion about Aveox motors here. But I've built a very sophisticated spreadsheet that does motor, gearbox and prop analysis and, Aveox motors keep coming out on top of many of...

Great Planes LiPos with FMA Cellpro?

The Great Planes Power Series LiPo packs seem to be 20C Kokams with a different label and a much lower price than those from FMA (I may buy up to 6 3S 3200s so this price difference - $36 each - can...
