Hey man, it's a snap. I'm brand new to helies and did not have a problem. I'll try to explain the best I can. 1st take the battery out.
Take the 2 halves of the body off, turn heli upside down....

The holes are not threaded. Just put some pressure while you are screwing em in, Just screw em in straight to mesh with the holes in the shaft.
