I recall we got HS81s and the metal gear for the nosewheel. Using a nitro setup sounds like a plan, especially if where you have to land is a bit rough.

I painted the canopy on my EZ* with Humbrol gloss model paint. Not only did it go on well but dried to a gloss etc.

I'm not sure but I think Humbrol used to make spray packs of...

From memory, I got mine at somewhere like The Warehouse and it cost me about $35 complete with all the bits and bench stand etc.

It works fine and I've used it quite often.

That HaiKong Spitfire is a really nice plane. That's a great price too, especially with the exchange rate as it is !

I've known Mike O'Reilly for over 20 years and he's a good bloke. O'Reilly handle all the warranty claims etc for JR & Spektrum as they are, indeed, the distributors.

Having a wholesale as well...
