What and How? 3D gyro assist

I have a question about setting up a gyro to assist while hovering on my 1/3 scale edge 540.
What gyro do you use and what is the setup procedure.
I have been at fly-ins where guys are using them...

I traded of the airplane to Paul Haynes in oregon I am unsure how he is going to finish it but it will be nice he is a scale masters pilot/builder I will post photos here when he is finished

tail number significance

While trying to id my now identified Aeromaster Bi-plane. I noticed that the planes of the same era either have two or three digit numbers on them.
Does any one know how the numbering system works...

I use steel fishing leaders in various lengths and a nail or screw in the wall.
Works for all my planes even the giant scale heavy birds.

balance it for it's maiden flight it is a biplane with a 52 inch wingspan and is 49 inches long it...
