ok, but both those sites contradict eachother. one says ballance your pack after flights, to keep them from charging improprly, and the other says only ballance a fully charged pack.

if you ask...

yeah...what you guys said sounds right.....i plugged it in and advanced the trhottle.....then as i moved it up the voltage decreased, but when i cut off the throttle it came back up to nominal...

well the main reason the company told me that the 3 amp power supply would work was because i was charging a 3 cell 2070mah lipo battery wich requires 2.07 amps. as long as i dont charge a battery...

well....my lipo battery is a thunder power 3 cell 2070mah battery. the retailer said as long as i use a battery that is under 3 amps....(3000mah) the thing will work. being i am at just over 2...
