You will have to tell us what your hunch is before we can confirm it. Make sure your on board battery has a good charge or the opti-drive will go into fail-safe mode.If your still having problems...

I say run the fuel you have and you should be fine,and with those high hazmat fees if you do blow the engine a new one is still cheaper than a gallon of nitro.

Fist do a visual inspection and make sure the center shaft and drive shafts look good and that the screw pins are all there. Then check the wheel hexes first, grab the drive shaft between the diff...

It could any number of things, it could be a broken or missing screw pin in on of rear drive shafts or center shaft, or it could be a blown rear diff , or it could be a stripped wheel or wheel hex...

Is your receiver getting power? it could be a broken wire from the battery pack or a bad on/off switch, maybe a bad crystal? I hope you figure it out.. gl

The price sounds nice but he says it runs for awhile then stalls, that is a classic sign of a motor that wasn't broken in properly or run very lean and lost its pinch. It could just be a bad tune but...

The spur gear shaft sticks out of the back of the trans. it has a hole in it.. stick an allen wrench in there to lock it in place while you tighten the nut.

Sounds like your slipper clutch might be loose, try tightening up the nut in the center of the spur gear.

The plug coming from the trans. is probably the optidrive sensor and the unhooked servo is for reverse. My guess is that the reverse is messed up or the guy put a foc in it and never removed the...

The 4wd kit found here contians a diff, front center shaft and drive shafts to the wheels. The instructions are here. It looks like an easy job,, good luck.

Screw the pivot balls into the a arm until you cant see the threads, don't crank them down all the way, then snug up the little blue caps until there is only a little bit of play and you should be...
