If you go the MLST2 route, then I think I suggest the Mini Monster Baja over the MLST2 since they are the same except the MMB has a lipo for just $10 more.

The MMB is the Mini Monster Baja. This is the battery the MMB comes with. It's a baja version of the MLST2 for $10.

Yeah the motor does get hot. How are run times with the atomic motor KRO? Is it still controllable? Can you still drive it indoors? It's right on the edge with the lipo.

I just found out a no-no. Don't use the smaller pinion with the lipo. I even loosened up the slipper a little. Looks like a new diff is in order.[&o] It got my side gears on my diff. Not too...

The Toys has a micro receiver listed for the micro-t if you don't mind paying more than you did for the micro to start with. Lipo support and cutoff.

I finally got it in. I was holding my tongue on the left side of my mouth instead of the right. Tight fit though.

I also installed the TGN carbon bumper. Pics when I have time.
