BTW gassers like zdz 40rv single do they have more vibration at low and midle range rpms than 1.6-1.8 class glow engines??

I also think the zdz 40rv will be enough. I think that it is possible to get the plane into 11lbs. 95% is balsa and the plane weights at the moment( needs turtledeck, canopy and cowl) 4.5lbs

Hmm this engine question is a hard question :rolleyes: If I go with a gasser it will be my first gasser but Im not 110% sure is the 1.4-1.6 class glow engine enough for hovering etc... But cheaper...

This version does not have the profile rudder/elevator. But hope this helps. I have a bigger picture but I had to make it smaller for RCU...
