if you want pant chiping and or scratches, put alum tape as a panel before painting then go back and scratch off the paint.

push forward, thin ca, thin clear packing tape.

Or..
15 dollar roll of transparent covering, patch...never looks good with transparent.
plus heat gun will shrink covering and tape.

had 2 for a aerotec mosquito. same proplem. ran great a full bore, thrt back and at least one died. got rid of them after trying alot also. sounded cool when flying but a lot of money for that...

in the b-17, tail mounting the servos would result in a lot more nose weight. dihow did this effect the c130?

I,ve decided to thin the herd to turbine and multi engines.

what field are you flying at?
most of those in the denver area are not too keen on something new.( I'm a v.p. of one, like pulling teeth)

you long runway guys are spoiled!!!
TGA f15/b17/tf f4u and those are/were mine.
that is off 300'

but it is nice to go to other feilds that are longer, runways really seem long then.

heli engine in a plane ???

I used an os 61sx in a fantrainer. chose it because the heli engines are usually higher performance than the plane engines.
Aka: thr heli went to 18,000 over the planes 16,000 rated
and never had...
