Thanks for the suggestions guys, I though about using all 3mm for the wing and 5mm ailerons but I only had 5mm on hand and the wife is starting to count the pennies I have been spending building...

Over here in Oz our Bunnings has Coreflute in 3mm and 5mm so maybe try your larger hardware shops there. The 2mm stuff is pretty hard to come by I phoned the people that make it here...
