I could do that except i can't put the paper in between because the spur gear doesn't spin.

I tried rolling it, it rolls freely, but the spur gear doesn't spin when I roll it. I loosened the throttle on the controller. I just checked again and both the clutch bell and spur gear are in good...

Had the same problem for a long time and my starter battery kept dying. But then i tuned the low speed needle and now it starts every time.

well i know for sure that it doesn't mean that the batteries are low, because i just charged them, and when i plug it in the charger LED doesn't flash, meaning the battery is already fully charged.
