The old 3.3 isn't running quite right, I have set it back to stock (4 turns out, and flush lsn) and i can get it started, it will run a couple laps, and just die, the temps aren't too high, it seems...

Hmmmm, I googled the problem and found a couple posts stating that it can take up to a gallon for everything to come alive, so i guess I will just have to run the heck out of it, to break it in.
