I realize you can change Rx crystals, but can you change Tx crystals on say a Futaba 6XAs without having the radio retuned?

Elevator Flutter

This happened to me once, and it turned out to be a dirty "pot" (potentiometer) in the TX. I sprayed it with some Radio Shack TV tuner cleaner and the problem went away. :)

:eek: I don't know why I didn't think of it!! Bare metal foil!!! It weighs almost nothing and sticks like the dickens and should easily wrap around the edges. THANKS jmupilot for sparking that idea...
