it's not odd to have to retune when changing fuels.
lube % can change and the tune of course, and not all fuels are same exact consistancy from manufacturer to manufacturer.

back in the day pretty much the only types of engines you could get your hands were the type with the short crank shaft and then they started coming out with a crank shaft with a pilot shaft on it...

when tuning and you notice a stumble in the middle of the rpm band from take off to top speed it means the spray bar or MSN is not in...

i've never had one fall out but it is possible as loose as they fit in there.

one of the guys on another made a suggestion that once you get the msn tuned where you want it, you can then seal...

the msn (spray bar) part # is AX029
the o-ring part # is AX025

unless you took the msn out and pounded on it with a hammer, i can't imagine that the needle seat itself would be bad.

polishing is a cool look and i have polished many rc parts, but once you polish one of two things are gonna happen.
1.you'll be polishing your life away.
2.you'll regret it and wind up sanding...

as for fuel byron 20% if i can't find that i'll run o'donnells 20%
