Re: Young guys and old guys can mix, but currently they dont. (Read whole post)

Ah, Adam.. I'm nearly 60, and just started the RC hobby last year. Your comments ring true, as I have also found, except it's not the Old guys verses the young. It just about a few inflated ancient...

Best speed control for Logo 10?

"Best..." is a matter of opinion for sure..

Im using a Shulze 18.46, and it's been perfect, no glitching, it just works. I'm running it on a Kontronik 600-18, which is the equivalent motor to...

e-heli what one's best for 1 one

The Corona is a good place to start, but if you think you'll carry on, get a good radio if you can swing it, so that the next machine should be something like a Logo (which will require 120 deg...

logo 10 setup (pinion)

I use a 14T and run mine at 1750 for 3D on 515 CF symmetricals, but I'm using a Kontronik 600-18 FUN. For normal light stuff, I run at 1450-1500. Flies longer.

Futaba GY401 & JRPROPO X371

Always interesting, these problems, eh?

So, to summarize, we can probably say that either your radio's rudder pot or meter calibration reading is off, or the gyro has an angular acceleration bias...

Futaba GY401 & JRPROPO X371

Ahh.. never quit.. I noticed in your photo of the gyro that you have some delay set on the pot. If you are using the high speed digital servo, you should have the delay set to zero.. Big difference...

Futaba GY401 & JRPROPO X371

One other thing occurred to me about the behaviour, and that is this: If you have the dip switch on the gyro for DS (Digital Servo) set to off, and you are running a digital servo, you will get the...

Futaba GY401 & JRPROPO X371

What I mean is the bushing should be approximately mid point for the type of flying you do. I'm not sure what you're flying, but for mine, the mid point is perfect for 1300 rpm on the main in a hover...

Futaba GY401 & JRPROPO X371

Lets call it AVCS and Conventional for the two modes. In AVCS, there is no "center". IT does what it has to do to keep you on heading. In the conventional mode, when there is stick no input and no...

Price on Logo 10 full stock

Ready to Roll, mine cost me just over $1200. That includes tuning stuff, such as a high end motor, more bearing parts, better head gear and stuff like that.

On the first flight, the blades tracked...
