I've replaced the Main and Tail drive gear along with the one-way bearing and shaft. Also discovered the Main shaft was bent (grrrrrrrrrrrrrr), replaced it also.

Thanks for the reply, the belt is twisted in the right direction but how do I know is the one-way is in the right direction. Looking at the bottom of it, there is an arrow pointing counter clockwise....

Hi Andy, the gyro comes on with the initialization and then goes off after about 6 second. At this point you can hear the twitching of the servo.
