I've been trying to find this for a while. (plane) Yardbird prop-jet, no rudder servo.

I go to rud-ail default mix (p-mix 6 on the cap9super,5 on the super) . It makes no difference the rudder...

David,
I used Chemtool carb spray on a rag to remove the lettering on the underside of my wing on my CMP warhawk.
It didn't hurt the paint at all and it took all of the residue off rapidly.

We flew the FTL26 on the corsair tonite!!!

The plane weighs 12.86 Lbs. It was great for a engine that's not broken in yet!!

hobby city now offers the FTL 26 !

we have one and are planning on flying today with it in a KMP corsair.

Andre, the #1 is to put pressure to the tank on weedeaters, plug it. #2 is for the fuel line from the tank!!! If you start this engine with a electric starter you will have no problems when cold

at your elevation you probably won't.I live at about 200' el. also timing is critical on these nice little engines!

my stearman was weighed on pro scale at just under 17 Lbs.,has yours been...

It will have plenty of reserve power!!

this plane only weighs in the 10Lb range and they rated it for too big of an engine.

both sv26's will turn a 16x8 prop at about 9000, as does my os...

I have the cmp 73" with a 120 ax os. flies very well and fast. 10.5 Lbs.
I also have the sv 26 in a great planes super stearman 17 Lbs flies well.

so I am sure that the sv 26 would be great...

sorry that I forgot about one of my prior posts! On the 26 there is a side plate on the cylinder,I've found that gasket to leak and cause nonadjustable carbs also!!!!
check there before the carb...

I run 4 strokes a lot,4-5"pitch are fine for light wingloads(low)speeds,lots of thrust.
but,for a plane that has high wingloading,you need to prop for higher speed.
