I bet its the glow plug same thing happened to mine just today. Replace the plug and see if that works! It worked on mine you might have a cold spot on the plug

Amen to that! i have had the dtx evader for over 3 years and still running strong. havent broke down either.

Some people like to think you get what you pay for but that don't apply in the rc world. I guess its a macho thing. I bet anyone out there that i can take a raze buggy and with a new motor i can keep...

I have the new revo and it don't give me no problems none what so ever after a few upgrades its perfect. the only point i am telling this guy is out the box i feel the rtx is a better built truck...

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH DURATRAX AT ALL. I RECENTLY BOUGHT THE NEW RTX-27 AND HAVE HAD LESS PROBLEMS WITH THIS TRUCK THEN WHEN I FIRST GOT MY REVO. THEY MAKE PRETTY DESCENT STUFF FOR THE MONEY....

I would have to say the mgt 3.0. Just my 2 cents and if you want a truck that will hang with the likes of the savage try the new rtx-27 its a beast.

You also have to look at the new rtx-27. its 100% what the warhead wasn't. its a very strong contender to the savage x in many ways. and for alot less money :)
