homelite bandit

picked up a old homelite bandit out the trash put some gas in it n cranked her up, does nebody have ne specs on this engine

well i just checked it and it doesnt look bad at all so hopefully i can just get it to pop loose from the mold im just a bit of a perfectionist:D

mann i just patched the holes and started to lay it again and STILL bubbles are comin up over the edges and its not even 1 piece of glass soo its starting to get on ma nervess

im not saying there garbage but if u like spl or sq then theres wayy better stuff out there $$ but this is not a cheap hobby either

ok ive decided to use the hull for another mold to make it come out real good, but im kind of iffy because if the glass sticks then ill have 2 make a whole new mold out of wood or either ALOT of...

hmmm no need 2 stop lol good info, yea im going 2 put stringers in the boat my dad was telling me to use some kind of round tubing about 1 or 2 inches in diameter for the engine mount? i kind of tend...

i think i messed up the way they designed the motor 2 cool by cutting the coverr, i may have 2 make it a puller does ne one know nething about this??

but the right way 2 do it would be to sand it smooth, then fiberglass it again,would it be ok 2 lay the glass on the bottom, then use a different piece for the sides?

no i havent contacted them yet ill probably try to find a machine shop first, but yea tha muffler pokes out a alot more than the shaft so we'll just have 2 c
