Alrighty, thanks for the info. I'll read around more but as of now I'm leaning toward just buying the RTR version and slowly upgrading when I feel like.

Now I'd just like to know about the body...

I'm not sure what the exotek conversion is right now, but I assume it is possible to mod a regular M18 into an M18 Pro? I'll go search around for that conversion right now.

Is the price premium...

Yeah those were the parts I was talking about having to buy. How much will they run me on top of the Pro kit (which I found for around $200)?

The M18, not the truck. I don't like trucks.

Even with the Pro, I still have to buy the regular parts (motor, steering, whatever they need in the kits) don't I? Unless I go for the RTR Pro...

Cool, thanks. I was reading that the RTR had the bare bones bargain parts, and you'd probably end up spending more in the long run from replacing the parts vs getting the ones you want right off the...

One thing I would like to suggest is outlining the parts you need to get the kit version running, along with rough prices of the parts. Maybe some reputable sites to buy from as well.
