I had the same "unable to center" issue. I just removed the servo head (servo saver?) and re-centered it.

Savage:

I broke my gas tank.

I did a jump and landed on the rear body mount area - the screw that holds the top of the shocks dug right into the tank. I think I'm going to turn that screw...

Mine doesn't accelerate very well at all... maybe the slipper clutch needs to be adjusted... (time to bust out the manual)
