When using even 56% solder paste you can use a regular gas torch as plumbers do when soldering copper pipes. Brass melts at a lot lower temp than copper so the solder melt temp is obviously critical....

Some 23 years ago I tested Brass caged GMN bearings provided as a sample. Those had the white ceramic (Alu oxide) balls. At the time balancing was an issue for me and they broke at about 150KRPM....
