i would highly reccomend the rustler vxl i got my lipos and charger from hobbyking and im VERY happy with them :)  the lipos dont fit properly but i put an alastic band around the rustler and slide...

as the title sais .... im looking for the best tyres for SHORT grass on my vxl rustler its at a local baseball park i jump over the pitching mound and go over the bases which has a tiny bit of dirt...

for a begginer i wouldnt even reccomend lipos id just use a 6 s nimh and get a VXL model and leave everything stock ... it will run about 2x the speed of most brushed motors and be more efficient etc...

i avtually took the battery in the shop b4 i used it and he said it was fine so i felt there was no need to post >_> i guess the hobby shops main RC car guy has no idea what hes talking about...

o ok that could be correct i guess how many c's do i need man ? i thought the MAH ammount just gave u a longer runtime so as it looks like you double the c ammount by the first 2 numbers of the mah...

i just took it out again with a nimh battery all is working fine .....BTW it wasnt flashing red with the lipo ... it flashed red with the nimh and i figured out what that was .... with my old car...
