replaced Apprentice 15e motor and ESC

For thoso who fly the Apprentice 15e you may not like the stock motor.
I replaced mine with an Exceed RC Rocket Motor 3020-1000KV and ESC60Amp The new motor is too short but added 1/2" wood insert...

Does some one have a Hobby zone 27 Mhz receiver with X port CH 1 or Ch 3

I gave my receiver away months ago didn't think Iwould use it
but I'm building a slow stick plane and need a receiver...

Update on the inrunner motor
the glider flew perfect
two test flights at full speed for a few minutes and landedto check motor and ESC
both where warm but not too hot
3rd test lasted for 15...

I have installed a Elite 370 inrunner motor with 6x4 prop still using 25 AMP ESC
I bench tested the motor and it ran ok plenty of power it did get alittle hot

Let me clearify on the motor it is getting hot but not shure if it's over heating.
The 25Amp ESC is over heating and shutting down power to the Motor and receiver

I'm having the same problem with a Brushless inrunner motor
Hobby town upgraded this in myfriends Sky Surfer
Patriot 450 motor with eletricfly SS-25 ESC 25 amp
the motor is rated at 20amp...

ESC to use for a super Cup

I have a Super Cub with Lipo battrey and brushed 480 motor
I'm changing out the receiver and need a ESC
Isee many on web not sure which one to buy
20A ESC or 50A ??
