I've been hearing lots of bad things about that 130 esc from the guys on helifreak. Seems to be some serious issues with it in the new Blade 550x

It's the motors cog. Each motor is different, some feel tough, some don't, depends on the motor (brand, size, kv, wind type ect...) You would need someone that has/had that motor to compare to

That is correct...

Going in with the razor flat as shown in the second pic reduces the chances of that happening. Going in straight would be just bad.

Yea a six pole does handle higher rpm's better with less aggressive amp spikes. If darin's involved it will be awesome.

Cheaper, Fiberglass and built by a Racer. Spartan killer indeed!
