I think you'll need to clean the pads and disc with isopropyl alcohol. Don't quote me as I'm not sure, but I think that should de-grease it.

BTW a low idle is bad, you should set your idle as high as you can without making the car creep forward, just before the clutch engages

Well you need to adjust your brakes so that at idle they are just touching, the same as if your bike brakes were too far apart you'd bring them closer to the rim. There should be 2 adjustment screws...
