Try raising each aileron 1/8". This will cause wash out in the wing tips thus increasing the aoa. This will cause the wing tips to stall last and hopefully get rid of the nasty tip stall.

Just to clarify, Bob Violett Models makes their own version of offset hinges that they use on their jets. They also make latches for hatches, but they are larger than I wanted to use for this...
