Im having the same problem finding the smooth 2 1/2" square pvc that you see most of the spads being built with. The last time I was able to find it was over 2 years ago and even then it was a chore...

I think I will try those ideas to flatten the coroplast tomorrow. I was going to throw it out and just forget about it, however Im a packrat at heart that saves anything and everything that I can use...
