RE: TC3 Factory team parts Don't FIT!

More than likely, those are 200mm bones. I put the 200mm conversion on my TC3 a while ago. I wrecked pretty bad last week, and tried to replace the A-arms with the 190mm version of arm (I forgot I...

RE: Best 1/10 stadium truck/brushless setup?

The speed control can take up to 16 cells, but the motor I use can only handle upto 8. I run it with 7 cell 3300s. Yeah, this setup is a bit expensive, but in my opinion, its worth every penny. I...

RE: Best 1/10 stadium truck/brushless setup?

Sleepy, I have to disagree with your assesment of the lehrner/shulze setup. I run one in my T3, and it literally cannot be touched at the track. Even the nitros can't beat it. Its way fast, and very...

RE: stealth diff problem

Check the main gear inside the differential (take it completely apart in other words). This same thing happened to me a few weeks back, only in reverse... The main gear in the diff had completely...

RE: T4 and Wheelies

the extra cell really does make a HUGE difference with my setup. Tons more torque, and a much higher top speed. Run time seemed to suffer a bit though. I usually get about 8 minutes of good runtime...

RE: T4 and Wheelies

I have a T3 that can...
pinion 15
spur 87
shock springs... makes no difference for wheelies but I run the reds for onroad
shock spacers... 2 large in the rear, 1 large front
shock oil......

RE: Evader ST vs RC10 T3

Quoting extremeduratrax: IMO, the Evader ST has more available hop-ups and more durable. The RC10 T3 could be faster, but if you got the right stuff for the Evader ST, it could go up to 60MPH.

electric MT gearing

Question... Does anyone care to venture a guess as to what pinion/spur combo I should use on my twin force, for use with 9 turn motors?

RE: Monster Trucks

You found a twin force for 190.00??? Every place I've found them new was over $275.00, and I paid $200.00 for a used one off ebay. It is true that the truck is not RTR... However, I already had all...

RE: T3 need for speed!

The Novak will get you there, but they're a bit prone to breakdowns (do a search in here about them). I've never had any probs with mine though. I use one in my tourer. You can get quite a bit over...

RE: dumb electric MT questions

WOW, Jeez, never thought of putting a brushless system in... THANKS!
The thing to keep in mind whenever you hear "It'll do X mph out of the box", is that 9 times out of 10 it won't do even...

dumb electric MT questions

Hello. I just got my twin force built and running this week. I'm currently running the stock motors, in a dual ESC setup. The ESCs take unlimited turns, and thats a good thing, as this thing is...

RE: Novak brushless poll

I've had mine over 6 months now, with no major probs. I managed to thermal it a few weeks ago, but that was because I had too tall gearing on it for carpet racing. Other than that, I absolutely love...

RE: Super Brain?

I've had the 959 for almost a year now, and I use it exclusively to charge my 7 cell 3300s. BEWARE IF YOU PLAN TO BUY ONE... Mine physically cannot charge any of my 3300s without a fan attached to...

RE: Which brushless are better??????????

From my experience... yes, the schulze is a bit faster than the novak. I have the novak in my TC3, and the schulze in my T3. The truck is quite a bit heavier than the car, however, the truck is...

RE: Which brushless are better??????????

well... I have both the 5800 setup in my tc3, and the schulze setup (w/ lehrner motor) in my t3. Thus far, they've both been excellent in my opinion. The schulze is CRAZY fast, but prone to thermal...

RE: TC3 Modification help ??

 Whatever... You'll be competitive with either belt or shaft driven. Try to add some toe in to the front. That should help with the stability exiting corners.

RE: Electric monster truck questions

Hey, thanks for the pic! Upon seeing that, I'm pretty sure that even if they won't fit the kyosho in its stock form, I can mod the battery holders to make them fit. More than likely, I'll put the...
