Are you using locknuts to hold the wheels on? They need to be nylocks (nylon insert threads)...and they are suppose to be replaced everytime you take off the wheels....because you break the thread...

Exactly....thus my statement above. I have worked on numerous motors for others, pulled them apart, only to find red loctite on the assembly bolts....needless to say, they are not the easiest things...

The foam insert does not need to be glued. Just the tire to the inside rim. I usually wash the tires with a soap solution before I apply the CA, just make sure they are dry before applying.
