Thanks for the advice, I actually dropped an email to Hitec asking this question and they said its fine and there is nothing to worry about.  Very timley response from them, I am impressed.

No they are indeed the wires that attach to the battery. One red, one black. It says 18awg on the side of the wires. Would you suggest making my own charge wires or contacting Hitec and asking them...

I just received my Hitec X2-400. The charger is capable of putting out 20 amps of current for charging. The cables that go from the charger to the battery are 18 gauge wire. Seems a bit small to me?...

Main Shaft Spacer Question

I am building a Trex550e v2. Is the main shaft spacer required? When the main shaft has the main gear installed there is zero playup and down. I dont even think the spacer would fit.
